- 1st May 2009Four classes in order have frequencies 11, 7, 4, 7. Write down the cumulative frequency at the end of the third class.
- 2nd May 2009A bill is £888 including VAT at 20%. Work out the amount before VAT.
- 3rd May 2009For the curve y = -44/x, work out y when x = -4, and write down the equation of its vertical asymptote.
- 4th May 2009A coach travels 90 km in 0.5 hours, then 50 km in 2 hours. Work out the average speed for the whole journey, to 1 decimal place.
