Every sheet in May 2015
The same date always regenerates the same five questions, so a sheet you print today is the sheet a classmate prints tomorrow.
- 1st May 2015Work out (8 x 10^6) x (7 x 10^3). Give your answer in standard form.
- 2nd May 2015Expand and simplify (x - 3)(x + 4)(x - 4).
- 3rd May 2015y is inversely proportional to x. When x = 4, y = 3. Work out y when x = 3.
- 4th May 2015A cone has base radius 10 cm and vertical height 6 cm. Work out its volume, leaving your answer in terms of pi.
- 5th May 201516 students study Spanish and 8 of those also study Art. One Spanish student is picked at random. Work out the probability they study Art.
- 6th May 2015Four classes in order have frequencies 12, 12, 7, 11. Write down the cumulative frequency at the end of the third class.
