A 3 by 3 grid uses a single rule running in reading order (left to right, row 1, then row 2, then row 3): the figure rotates 45 degrees clockwise from each cell to the next, starting at 0 degrees in the top-left cell. What is the rotation of the bottom-right (9th) cell?
