A town's population is 35000 and grows by 3% each year. Work out the population after 3 years, to the nearest whole number.

A right-angled triangle has a hypotenuse of 17 cm and one shorter side of 15 cm. Work out the other shorter side.
- 4Probability Trees3 marks
A bag holds 4 red and 3 blue counters. One is taken, replaced, then another is taken. Work out the probability both are red.
- 5Box Plots2 marks
A box plot has minimum 3, lower quartile 7, median 10, upper quartile 17 and maximum 22. Work out the interquartile range.
