Two parallel lines are crossed by a straight line. One of a pair of alternate angles is 113°. Work out the other, and give a reason.
- 4Probability Trees3 marks
A bag holds 6 red and 6 blue counters. One is taken, replaced, then another is taken. Work out the probability both are red.
- 5Averages from Frequency Tables2 marks
Grouped data has five classes of width 10, the first being 20 < x <= 30. The frequencies in order are 11, 21, 7, 3, 16. Write down the modal class.
