A trapezium has parallel sides of 11 cm and 18 cm, 18 cm apart. Work out its area.

In a Venn diagram, 8 are in A only, 16 in B only, 2 in both and 4 in neither. Work out the probability a random one is in A or B.
- 3Box Plots2 marks
A box plot has minimum 9, lower quartile 11, median 17, upper quartile 24 and maximum 32. Work out the interquartile range.
- 4Reverse Percentages3 marks
After an increase of 25%, a price is £625. Work out the price before the change.
- 5Forming and Solving Equations3 marks
5 consecutive whole numbers add up to 45. Work out the smallest of them.
