y is directly proportional to x. When x = 3, y = 18. Work out y when x = 13.
- 3Angles in Parallel Lines2 marks
Two parallel lines are crossed by a straight line. One of a pair of alternate angles is 55°. Work out the other, and give a reason.
- 4Probability Trees3 marks
A bag holds 2 red and 7 blue counters. One is taken, replaced, then another is taken. Work out the probability both are red.
