Two parallel lines are crossed by a straight line. One of a pair of alternate angles is 146°. Work out the other, and give a reason.

A bag holds 4 red and 4 blue counters. One is taken, replaced, then another is taken. Work out the probability both are red.
- 5Averages from Frequency Tables2 marks
Grouped data has five classes of width 10, the first being 10 < x <= 20. The frequencies in order are 21, 16, 3, 7, 11. Write down the modal class.
