A box plot has minimum 14, lower quartile 16, median 24, upper quartile 29 and maximum 39. Work out the interquartile range.
- 3Indices1 mark
Write down the value of 15^1.
- 4Drawing Other Graphs: Cubic/Reciprocal2 marks
For the curve y = -80/x, work out y when x = -10, and write down the equation of its vertical asymptote.
- 5Direct and Inverse Proportion3 marks
y is directly proportional to x. When x = 2, y = 12. Work out y when x = 4.
