A right-angled triangle has a hypotenuse of 20 cm and one shorter side of 16 cm. Work out the other shorter side.
- 4Probability Trees3 marks
A bag holds 4 red and 6 blue counters. One is taken, replaced, then another is taken. Work out the probability both are red.
- 5Averages from Frequency Tables2 marks
Grouped data has five classes of width 10, the first being 0 < x <= 10. The frequencies in order are 16, 21, 7, 3, 11. Write down the modal class.
