A coach travels 20 km in 1 hour, then 30 km in 0.5 hours. Work out the average speed for the whole journey, to 1 decimal place.

a is the column vector (-5, 1) and b is (0, 8). Work out a + b as a column vector.

1 of 8 bulbs in a box are faulty. Two are taken with replacement. Work out the probability at least one is faulty.
- 4Cumulative Frequency2 marks
Four classes in order have frequencies 5, 4, 10, 10. Write down the cumulative frequency at the end of the third class.
- 5Error Intervals2 marks
A number y is 46 when truncated to the nearest whole number. Write down the error interval for y.
