Work out the lowest common multiple of 5 and 8.

Use v = u + at with u = 6, a = 4 and t = 2. Work out v.
- 4Proportion2 marks
3 identical notebooks cost £3.30. Work out the cost of 3 of the same notebooks.
- 5Angles in Parallel Lines2 marks
Two parallel lines are crossed by a straight line. One of a pair of co-interior (allied) angles is 94°. Work out the other.
