Two parallel lines are crossed by a straight line. One of a pair of co-interior (allied) angles is 132°. Work out the other.

A biased coin lands on heads with probability 0.2. It is thrown 100 times. How many heads would you expect?

In a group of 100 students, 60 are boys. 30 boys and 10 girls bring a packed lunch. How many students do not?
- 4Prime Factors, HCF and LCM3 marks
Write 120 as a product of its prime factors, using index form.
- 5Substitution3 marks
Use v = u + at with u = 5, a = 4 and t = 8. Work out v.
