A rectangle is x cm wide and 8 cm longer than it is wide. Write a simplified expression for its perimeter.

Work out 40% of 360.
- 3Angles2 marks
Four angles meet at a point. Three of them are 47°, 108° and 38°. Work out the fourth.
- 4Probability (Foundation)2 marks
A bag holds 5 red, 4 blue and 2 green counters. One is taken at random. Work out the probability it is blue.
- 5Bar Charts2 marks
On a bar chart each gridline square stands for 2 people. A bar is 5 squares tall. How many people does it show?
