A map has a scale of 1 : 50000. Two villages are 14.5 cm apart on the map. How far apart are they in real life, in km?

Four angles meet at a point. Three of them are 112°, 50° and 36°. Work out the fourth.
- 4Averages3 marks
Ade has 4 scores with a mean of 20. Scores 16, 17, 23 are known. Work out the missing score.
- 5Bar Charts2 marks
On a bar chart each gridline square stands for 50 people. A bar is 8 squares tall. How many people does it show?
