A rectangle is x cm wide and 4 cm longer than it is wide. Write a simplified expression for its perimeter.

- 3Area and Perimeter3 marks
A trapezium has parallel sides of 10 cm and 16 cm, 10 cm apart. Work out its area.
- 4Probability (Foundation)2 marks
A bag holds 4 red, 8 blue and 9 green counters. One is taken at random. Work out the probability it is blue.
- 5Stem and Leaf2 marks
A stem and leaf diagram has a single stem 2 with the leaves 0, 5, 6, 7, 9. Work out the median of the five values.
