A map has a scale of 1 : 10000. Two villages are 3.5 cm apart on the map. How far apart are they in real life, in km?
- 3Angles2 marks
Four angles meet at a point. Three of them are 72°, 60° and 178°. Work out the fourth.
- 4Averages3 marks
Here are seven numbers: 17, 4, 8, 7, 22, 28, 14. Work out the median and the range.
- 5Bar Charts2 marks
On a bar chart each gridline square stands for 4 people. A bar is 3 squares tall. How many people does it show?
