A rectangle is x cm wide and 8 cm longer than it is wide. Write a simplified expression for its perimeter.

A map has a scale of 1 : 50000. Two villages are 13.5 cm apart on the map. How far apart are they in real life, in km?
- 3Transformations2 marks
The point (2, -6) is rotated 90° anticlockwise about the origin. Write down the coordinates of the image.
- 4Probability (Foundation)2 marks
A bag holds 9 red, 3 blue and 3 green counters. One is taken at random. Work out the probability it is green.
- 5Frequency Trees3 marks
100 students were asked how they travel. 60 walked, and of those 5 were late. How many walkers were on time?
