A model of an aircraft is built to a scale of 1 : 20. The real length is 2.2 m. How long is the model, in cm?
- 2Area and Circumference of Circles2 marks
A circle has a diameter of 6 cm. Work out its area, to 1 decimal place.
- 3Probability (Foundation)2 marks
A bag holds 5 red, 7 blue and 7 green counters. One is taken at random. Work out the probability it is blue.
- 4Pie Charts2 marks
A pie chart shows 20 people. 4 of them chose art. Work out the angle of that sector.
- 5Percentage Change3 marks
A price changes from £20.00 to £19.00. Work out the percentage decrease.
