A map has a scale of 1 : 25000. Two villages are 11.5 cm apart on the map. How far apart are they in real life, in km?
- 3Surface Area3 marks
A cuboid measures 4 cm by 4 cm by 11 cm. Work out its total surface area.
- 4Probability (Foundation)2 marks
A bag holds 4 red, 2 blue and 9 green counters. One is taken at random. Work out the probability it is green.
- 5Pie Charts2 marks
A pie chart shows 40 people. 8 of them chose history. Work out the angle of that sector.
