- 2Bounds3 marks
A rectangle is 16 cm by 4 cm, each correct to the nearest cm. Work out the upper bound of its area.

In an algebraic proof, how would you write an odd number in terms of an integer n?
- 4Velocity Time Graphs2 marks
On a velocity-time graph a car speeds up in a straight line from 3 m/s to 7 m/s over 8 seconds. Work out the acceleration.
- 5Perpendicular Lines and the equation of a tangent3 marks
