- 2Rearranging Harder Formulae3 marks
Make x the subject of 5x + 4 = y(x + 4).
- 3Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to sqrt(x). When x = 36, y = 30. Work out y when x = 4.
- 4Finding the Area of Any Triangle3 marks
A triangle has sides of 9 cm and 12 cm and an area of 27.00 cm^2. Work out the acute angle between those two sides, to the nearest degree.
