A block has mass 740 g (to the nearest 10 g) and volume 11 cm^3 (to the nearest cm^3). Work out the upper bound of its density, to 2 decimal places.
- 2Transforming Graphs y=f(x)3 marks
The point (-5, -6) lies on y = f(x). Write down its image on y = f(-x).
- 3Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is inversely proportional to x^2. When x = 2, y = 50. Work out y when x = 5.
- 4The Sine Rule3 marks
In triangle ABC, angle A is 55°, side a is 12 cm and side b is 4 cm. Work out the acute angle B, to 1 decimal place.
