y is directly proportional to x^3. When x = 2, y = 48. Work out y when x = 5.
- 4The Cosine Rule3 marks
A triangle has sides 10 cm, 6 cm and 12 cm. Work out the angle opposite the 10 cm side, to 1 decimal place.
- 5Probability Equation Questions3 marks
A bag holds 8 red and n blue counters. The probability of taking a red is 8/13. Work out n.
