Work out the nth term of the quadratic sequence 7, 13, 21, 31, ...
- 4Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 3, y = 18. Work out the positive value of x when y = 32.
- 5Proof of the Circle Theorems2 marks
In a circle theorem proof, a step uses the fact that a radius is drawn to the midpoint of a chord. State the reason being quoted.
