Rationalise the denominator of 12/sqrt(6), giving your answer in its simplest form.

Use the iteration x(n+1) = cube root of (9x(n) + 4) with x(0) = 3. Work out x(1) to 3 decimal places.
- 5Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^3. When x = 2, y = 32. Work out y when x = 5.
