x = 46 and y = 23, each correct to the nearest whole number. Work out the upper bound of x - y.

Prove that the sum of 7 consecutive integers is always a multiple of 7. State the simplified sum you would use.
- 5Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to sqrt(x). When x = 16, y = 36. Work out y when x = 4.
