- 1Surds3 marks
Rationalise the denominator of 42/sqrt(6), giving your answer in its simplest form.
- 2Proof2 marks
In an algebraic proof, how would you write a number that leaves a remainder of 1 when divided by 9 in terms of an integer n?
- 3Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to sqrt(x). When x = 9, y = 6. Work out y when x = 16.
- 4Finding the Area of Any Triangle3 marks
A triangle has sides of 15 cm and 9 cm and an area of 58.46 cm^2. Work out the acute angle between those two sides, to the nearest degree.
- 5Probability Equation Questions3 marks
