x = 162 and y = 118, each correct to the nearest whole number. Work out the upper bound of x - y.

f(x) = 6x - 4. Work out the inverse function f^-1(x).
- 4Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 6, y = 324. Work out the positive value of x when y = 225.
- 53d Pythagoras and Trigonometry3 marks
A cuboid measures 12 cm by 5 cm by 5 cm tall. Work out the angle between its longest internal diagonal and the base, to 1 decimal place.
