A car covers 310 m (to the nearest 10 m) in 3 s (to the nearest second). Work out the lower bound of its speed, to 2 decimal places.

Work out the coordinates of the turning point of y = x^2 - 4x + 9.
- 4Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 6, y = 108. Work out the positive value of x when y = 48.
- 5Proof of the Circle Theorems2 marks
In a circle theorem proof, a step uses the fact that two tangents are drawn to a circle from the same external point. State the reason being quoted.
