Make x the subject of 7x + 2 = y(x + 2).
- 3Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^3. When x = 4, y = 128. Work out y when x = 2.
- 4Finding the Area of Any Triangle3 marks
A triangle has sides of 7 cm and 7 cm and an area of 21.22 cm^2. Work out the acute angle between those two sides, to the nearest degree.
- 5Probability Equation Questions3 marks
A bag holds 6 counters, r of them red. Two are taken without replacement and P(both red) = 1/15. Work out r.
