- 1Conditional Probability3 marks
A bag holds 7 red, 7 blue and 6 green counters. Two are taken without replacement. Given neither is green, what is the probability both are red?
- 2Histograms3 marks
On a histogram the bar for 60 < x <= 65 has a frequency density of 0.4. How many values are in that class?
- 3Bounds3 marks
A rectangle is 13 cm by 13 cm, each correct to the nearest cm. Work out the upper bound of its area.
- 4Proof3 marks
Prove that the sum of 4 consecutive integers is always a multiple of 2. State the simplified sum you would use.
- 5Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
