A cyclist speeds up steadily from 4 m/s to 12 m/s over 6 seconds. Use the area under the velocity-time graph to find the distance travelled.

In a vector proof you find that vector PQ = 4a - 4b and vector RS = 12a - 12b. What does this show about PQ and RS?
