Expand and simplify (8 + sqrt(3))(8 - sqrt(3)).
- 2Proof3 marks
Prove that the sum of 9 consecutive integers is always a multiple of 9. State the simplified sum you would use.
- 3Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is inversely proportional to x^2. When x = 2, y = 9. Work out y when x = 3.
- 4Finding the Area of Any Triangle3 marks
A triangle has sides of 7 cm and 12 cm and an area of 29.70 cm^2. Work out the acute angle between those two sides, to the nearest degree.
- 5Probability Equation Questions3 marks
