A car covers 220 m (to the nearest 10 m) in 9 s (to the nearest second). Work out the lower bound of its speed, to 2 decimal places.
- 4Inverse and Composite Functions3 marks
f(x) = 7x - 12. Work out the inverse function f^-1(x).
- 5Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^3. When x = 4, y = 192. Work out y when x = 3.
