The point (1, 1) lies on y = f(x). Write down its image on y = f(x - 5).
- 3Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is inversely proportional to x^2. When x = 5, y = 36. Work out y when x = 3.
- 4Finding the Area of Any Triangle3 marks
A triangle has sides of 14 cm and 9 cm and an area of 31.50 cm^2. Work out the acute angle between those two sides, to the nearest degree.
- 5Probability Equation Questions3 marks
A bag holds 6 counters, r of them red. Two are taken without replacement and P(both red) = 1/5. Work out r.
