f(x) = 3x + 5. Work out the inverse function f^-1(x).

A tram runs at 14 m/s for 10 s, then slows steadily to rest over 6 s. Work out its average speed for the whole journey, to 2 decimal places.
- 5Proof of the Circle Theorems2 marks
In a circle theorem proof, a step uses the fact that a triangle is drawn from the ends of a diameter to a point on the circle. State the reason being quoted.
