A block has mass 780 g (to the nearest 10 g) and volume 22 cm^3 (to the nearest cm^3). Work out the upper bound of its density, to 2 decimal places.
- 3Transforming Graphs y=f(x)3 marks
The point (5, 5) lies on y = f(x). Write down its image on y = -f(x).
- 4Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 3, y = 36. Work out the positive value of x when y = 196.
- 5Vectors Proof Questions3 marks
In a vector proof you find that vector PQ = 4a + 2b and vector RS = 16a + 8b. What does this show about PQ and RS?
