A cyclist speeds up steadily from 3 m/s to 19 m/s over 4 seconds. Use the area under the velocity-time graph to find the distance travelled.

A cuboid measures 12 cm by 8 cm by 9 cm tall. Work out the angle between its longest internal diagonal and the base, to 1 decimal place.
