- 1Proof2 marks
In an algebraic proof, how would you write two consecutive odd numbers in terms of an integer n?
- 2Velocity Time Graphs2 marks
On a velocity-time graph a car speeds up in a straight line from 4 m/s to 14 m/s over 5 seconds. Work out the acceleration.
- 3Proof of the Circle Theorems2 marks
In a circle theorem proof, a step uses the fact that a tangent meets a radius at the point of contact. State the reason being quoted.
- 4Probability Equation Questions3 marks
A bag holds 10 counters, r of them red. Two are taken without replacement and P(both red) = 1/45. Work out r.
- 5Histograms3 marks
A histogram has two bars: one 5 units wide with frequency density 1.5, one 5 units wide with density 3.5. How many values in total?
