A right-angled triangle has sides 6 cm, 8 cm and 10 cm. Work out the angle opposite the 6 cm side, to 1 decimal place.

A bag holds 7 red and 4 blue counters. Two are taken without replacement. Work out the probability both are red.
- 3Cumulative Frequency2 marks
Four classes in order have frequencies 10, 6, 8, 6. Write down the cumulative frequency at the end of the third class.

Write sqrt(27) in the form a sqrt(b), where b is as small as possible.
- 5Parallel and Perpendicular Lines3 marks
Work out the equation of the line parallel to y = x + 6 that passes through (6, -5).
