A right-angled triangle has a hypotenuse of 24 cm and an angle of 31°. Work out the side opposite that angle, to 1 decimal place.

1 of 10 bulbs in a box are faulty. Two are taken with replacement. Work out the probability at least one is faulty.
- 4Capture Recapture2 marks
A capture-recapture estimate is made of the snail population of a hedgerow. State one assumption the method relies on.
- 5Bounds2 marks
A mass is 530 kg, correct to the nearest 10. Write down the upper bound.
