- 1Inequalities on Graphs2 marks
A region is defined by y < 3x - 2. Should the boundary line be solid or dashed, and why?
- 2Direct and Inverse Proportion3 marks
y is inversely proportional to x. When x = 5, y = 3. Work out y when x = 3.
- 3Spheres and Cones3 marks
A cone has base radius 4 cm and vertical height 3 cm. Work out its volume, leaving your answer in terms of pi.
- 4Probability Trees3 marks
A bag holds 7 red and 4 blue counters. Two are taken without replacement. Work out the probability both are red.
