y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 6, y = 144. Work out y when x = 2.

Two similar shapes have lengths in the ratio 1 : 4. The smaller has an area of 18 cm^2. Work out the area of the larger.
- 3Conditional Probability3 marks
21 students study Spanish and 11 of those also study Art. One Spanish student is picked at random. Work out the probability they study Art.
- 4Box Plots2 marks
A box plot has minimum 1, lower quartile 7, median 11, upper quartile 21 and maximum 29. Work out the interquartile range.
- 5Standard Form2 marks
Work out (2 x 10^7) x (2 x 10^4). Give your answer in standard form.
