Two similar shapes have lengths in the ratio 1 : 5. The smaller has an area of 24 cm^2. Work out the area of the larger.
- 3Conditional Probability3 marks
15 students study Spanish and 8 of those also study Art. One Spanish student is picked at random. Work out the probability they study Art.
- 4Cumulative Frequency2 marks
Four classes in order have frequencies 6, 7, 3, 8. Write down the cumulative frequency at the end of the third class.
- 5Recurring Decimals to Fractions3 marks
Write the recurring decimal 0.333... as a fraction in its simplest form.
