Write sqrt(72) in the form a sqrt(b), where b is as small as possible.
- 4Trigonometric and Exponential Graphs2 marks
The curve y = 2^x is drawn. Work out y when x = 2, and write down where the curve crosses the y-axis.
- 5Repeated Percentage Change3 marks
A town's population is 31500 and grows by 3% each year. Work out the population after 3 years, to the nearest whole number.
