A block has volume 85 cm^3 and density 7.5 g/cm^3. Work out its mass.
- 2Perpendicular Lines and the equation of a tangent2 marks
A line has gradient -4. Work out the gradient of a line perpendicular to it.
- 3Conditional Probability3 marks
15 students study Spanish and 7 of those also study Art. One Spanish student is picked at random. Work out the probability they study Art.
- 4Cumulative Frequency2 marks
Four classes in order have frequencies 10, 8, 4, 5. Write down the cumulative frequency at the end of the third class.
- 5Bounds2 marks
A mass is 120 kg, correct to the nearest 10. Write down the upper bound.
