14 students study Spanish and 7 of those also study Art. One Spanish student is picked at random. Work out the probability they study Art.

A box plot has minimum 1, lower quartile 8, median 10, upper quartile 17 and maximum 20. Work out the interquartile range.
- 3Recurring Decimals to Fractions3 marks
Write the recurring decimal 0.1010... as a fraction in its simplest form.
- 4Drawing Quadratic Graphs2 marks
For the curve y = x^2 - 6x - 3, work out y when x = 3.
- 5Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 4, y = 96. Work out y when x = 8.
