A code is 2 letters (A to Z) followed by 4 digits (0 to 9), and repeats are allowed. How many codes are possible?
- 3Parallel and Perpendicular Lines3 marks
A line has equation y = -5x + 6. Work out the gradient of any line perpendicular to it.
- 4Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 5, y = 200. Work out y when x = 6.
- 5Enlarging with Negative Scale Factors3 marks
The point (-5, -3) is enlarged by scale factor -1 about the centre (-1, 1). Write down the coordinates of the image.
