3 of 5 bulbs in a box are faulty. Two are taken with replacement. Work out the probability at least one is faulty.
- 2Cumulative Frequency2 marks
Four classes in order have frequencies 10, 3, 7, 7. Write down the cumulative frequency at the end of the third class.
- 3Bounds2 marks
A mass is 420 kg, correct to the nearest 10. Write down the upper bound.
- 4Trigonometric and Exponential Graphs2 marks
The curve y = 4^x is drawn. Work out y when x = 3, and write down where the curve crosses the y-axis.
- 5Speed and Density2 marks
A block has volume 155 cm^3 and density 7.5 g/cm^3. Work out its mass.
